If the "values survey" concept (on the previous page) can be used, this is how it should work: A value of "1" entered in any of the input boxes above would have a computational value of 9. An input value of "2" would have a computational value of 8. etc. The cumulative total of all input values for each corresponding input title, divided by the total number of participants, should yield a cumulative percentage value for each title for a bar chart of the survey results.
